Contact HSM Church Designs

After you submit your request, we'll review the project details, requested timeline, and our current availability. If we need additional information, we'll reach out by email. If we're able to help, we'll send you a project summary outlining the proposed scope, deliverables, and completion date for you to confirm before work begins.

HSM Church Designs provides design and communication services on a donation basis, with no set project fee. After your project is complete, you're welcome to make a donation in any amount to support the work of HSM. A donation is not required in order for us to consider your project. Please note that HSM is not a 501(c)(3) and donations are not tax-deductible charitable contributions.

Submitting a request does not guarantee that we'll be able to accept the project. We review each request based on the type of work needed, the requested timeline, our availability, and whether the project is a good fit for the services we provide. If we're unable to help, we'll let you know.

HSM Church Designs currently serves churches and Christian ministries located in the United States. Our services are intended to help ministries communicate more clearly and effectively through practical design and communication support.

That's okay. You don't need to have a finished concept, exact dimensions, complete text, or every file ready before submitting a request. Share what you know, and we'll identify any additional information or materials we need as we review the project.
